General information for the cast:
Each cast member and crew must sell 10 tickets for each production, 1/2 ads for the program. Each cast member and crew member must donate pop, juice or water and goodies for performance nights.

Advertising Notes:

Parents may also buy personal ads to support their children.

  • The directions on the ad copy must be exactly as requested:
  • black and white only,
  • no gray tones,
  • no color cards,
  • no inkjet printed and card size is not the size that fits into the space allowed.
  • What happens when you turn in something else is that our designer must spend extra hours $$$$$ trying to fix the copy because what she has will not work. In essence we end up eating all the profit from a $40 ad in design time trying to use something that will not work as is.

Concessions:

Thanks to all who help with concessions!
Thanks for providing goodies, drinks, and for volunteering with the concession stands.
It is a great fund-raiser and helps add to the "specialness" of the evening.
If you have not yet provided drinks, we are in need of more bottles of water.

Concession Stand Workers:

  • Please arrive around 6:30.
  • We will sell before the play and during intermission.
  • Please bring baked goods by 7:00 p.m., ready to serve.

Please contact Bill Tews at 425-882-3524 regarding volunteering, baked items, or schedule changes.

Beverages:
Pop, water, or juice by the case --- Please bring to rehearsal.
