Redmond High Drama Boosters FROM THE DIRECTOR'S CHAIR: January 2003

I don't know what happened to February! Between Mid-Winter Break and half days, did we even have February? The cast and crew have been hard at work, sewing costumes, building sets, and rehearsing scenes. Now it all boils down to three days in March - the 13th, 14th, and 15th when we perform the show. With so much collective energy, we have added another performance on Saturday the 15th.

This is a very special event which includes a dessert and beverage. The audience will be seated at decorated tables and this promises to be a most memorable event. Our students will be servers. Thanks to Dayna Lurie for getting this one developed. Tickets for all these events are available in the RHS box office or by calling (425)881-4359.

Following this show we begin tryouts for Drama Festival. All the directors have not submitted their plays for approval, but I have no doubt we will have 6 quality plays before we are done.

So as we wind down and say "Good-bye, to Redmond High" we hope you will join us for the last two productions on the old Redmond stage. If only it could talk, there are so many shows that have been staged in that room! Hope to see you there.
